Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, TP is the incumbent telecoms provider in Poland and the largest operator in Central Europe.

Challenge

After TP was privatised in 1998 (a transaction Imagination managed), the company sought strategic guidance on the establishment of its Investor Relations function and additional support during adjustment to life as a public company.

Solution

TP has been a retained IR client since its initial public offering over 13 years ago. We have advised and assisted on a wide range of strategic communications projects, ranging from establishment of an in-house IR function to the production of the company’s annual report for over ten years. In 2009, we worked closely with TP to develop its strategic objectives. These were successfully presented to the investment community at an event organised by Imagination in London.

Result

Imagination helped TP establish a fully supported, market-leading IR function and maintain a regular dialogue with the global investment community in line with international best practice.

Online Annual Report 2009

Challenge

Imagination has produced TP’s annual reports for the past ten years. In 2009 TP wanted to produce an interactive online annual report which would reach a wide audience, lower overheads and enable the company to showcase its achievements - all in keeping with international standards of best practice reporting.

Solution

Imagination created a series of animated arrows to illustrate the refreshed direction that TP’s strategic messages had taken over the past year. After interviewing the management team, we wrote a comprehensive and engaging narrative which complemented the report’s creative design.

With quick links highlighting key messages, the report is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Ensuring its accessibility to a wider audience. The design is accessible from mobile devices in both English and Polish.

Result

This innovative report has received highly positive feedback from stakeholders across the globe. Moreover, it was named a distinguished honouree in the International Business Awards.
